"Training Provider by Program With Outcomes" is available for download in both PDF format click here and EXCEL format click here. This report provides information on the results attained by programs that were used by customers. It includes the name of the Training Provider/Agency, the name of the program(s) or course(s) offered by the agency, and the outcomes or results for each course. The outcomes include:

- Number of people who enrolled in the course
- Number and percentage who completed the course
- Number of those completing the course who got a job
- Placement rate for those people who got a job
(calculated as the number of people who got a job divided by the number of people who completed the program)
- Average wage for those who got jobs

The shaded lines provide this information for all courses offered by the training provider. Information for each course is on the line for that course. This information is provided for people who started training in July, 2007 and completed training by September 2008, the latest year for which this information is available.
