This sheet contains several websites that provide information about: 1) background checks (credit reports, criminal records) often sought by employers, 2) drug testing and 3) privacy rights. This sheet is one component of a workshop, “Online Job Applications: Getting Ready,” developed by the Boston PIC and Boston’s One Stop Career Centers. This workshop is designed to be delivered to anyone who needs more information about how to prepare for and complete online job applications.
