Can Your Personality Get You Hired or Fired?

This article describes the way in which personality assessments, a key component of many online job applications, are used in deciding whether or not you would be a good “fit” for a job. This article is one component of a workshop, “Online Job Applications: Getting Ready,” developed by the Boston PIC and Boston’s One Stop Career Centers. This workshop is designed to be delivered to anyone who needs more information about how to prepare for and complete online job applications.
